PRODUCT OVERVIEW
QDX(single phase) and QX (3-phase) submersible pump consists of pump,seal and motor and equipped with protectio apparatus. It is more compact, light on weight,easy for use. The contrifugal impeller and vortex structure make the pump is of higher efficiency,higher head. The double- layer mechanica seal and"O" ring oil-proof washer (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber) assure the quality of the sealing.
Because of the small volume and light weight,it's suitable for use at home, home water supply,drawing water from shallow well in the countryside,garden and farm irrigation. It also be can used for water supply for building site and aquaculture and discharge industrial water,etc.
This series sewage submerisble pumps are new developed from the old sewage cast ironpumps. They are more and more popular for their elegant apperance, and durable life in use.
It is fixed with thermal (overload) protector. These series pumps are of large capacity, high efficiency, stable working in use. It can draw clean water, liquids with solids, max. diameter of 15mm. Stainless steel motor housing, cable plate, and bolts & screws are antirust, and longer the service life.
Applying for building site, hotel, restaurant, ship, mine, urban sewage, dejecta discharge, garden and farm irrigation. It also can be used for tranporting liquid feed for fishing aquaculture and transporting dilute paper pulp.
The pump can be fixed with an antomatic float switch. When the water level lower than the pump, the float switch will hang down, power off, then the pump will stop working. When the water increase, the float switch will be on the water surface, power connected, the pump will begin to work. This will well protect the pump agaist dry working, save energy, and very convenient for use.
